All order processing takes about 3 to 5 working days.

 

 

Shipping

 

Prices stated do not include mailing charges. We use Singpost for all local orders and DHL Express shipping for all overseas orders. Shipping time are estimates unless an express mail is used. Do keep in mind that shipping time is added to the order production time to estimate time of arrival.

 

 

Singpost Normal Postage: $2.00

Singpost Registered Postage: $5.00

A flat rate of $15 is chargeable for all international shipping using DHL Express.

 

 

Gift Shipping

 

All orders come beautifully packaged in a white jewelry box. If you would like to ship your item to a friend as a gift, please enter their address as the shipping address and we will ship to them directly.

 

 

Returns

 

MYO assures all our jewelry is shipped in perfect condition before arrival to our customers. Please contact our shop immediately upon receiving of item if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. You may return the item within 7 days upon arrival, in order to receive a refund, excluding the cost of shipping. Items must be in original packaging and unworn.
